Form review

Numbers tell you what you lifted. They don’t tell you whether it looked good. Form review is the piece that does — record a set, and Capable’s coach looks at the movement itself and tells you what’s solid, what to watch, and what to cue next time.

How it works

You record or upload a short clip of a set. The coach analyzes the movement — not just the weight and reps you logged — and gives you feedback on your technique. Because it runs on the same conversational coach, you can ask follow-ups: why it flagged something, how to fix it, what to feel for on the next rep.

It’s the part of training that normally needs a person standing next to you. Having it in your pocket means you can check a lift the moment something feels off, instead of grinding reps with a fault you can’t see. A single clip of your working set is enough — you don’t need a tripod or a spotter with a good eye, just your phone propped where it can see you move.

Your video stays yours

The clip is used to produce that one review and isn’t retained by us afterward — it’s analyzed, you get your feedback, and the media isn’t kept on our servers.
