Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for the Capable subscription. The Capable web application at becapable.app (the “Service”) is operated and sold by BeCapable LLC (“BeCapable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who you are paying

When you upgrade to Capable Pro, your subscription is sold and billed by BeCapable LLC. Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processor on our behalf; we do not store your full card details. BeCapable LLC is the merchant of record for your subscription.

Subscription terms

Capable Pro is offered as a recurring subscription, billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew each month, annual plans each year — at the then-current price, until you cancel. Capable also offers a free tier that does not require payment.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the Capable app. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation stops all future renewals — you will not be charged again.
  • You keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription does not end immediately; it ends when the current billing period expires.
  • After that, your account simply returns to the free tier. Your training history and data remain available to you on the free tier — nothing is deleted by cancelling.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Because you keep full Pro access through the end of any period you have paid for, cancelling simply stops the next charge.

We honor any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law, which may give you additional rights depending on where you live. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we will review it.

What the charge looks like

Subscription charges appear on your card or bank statement as BECAPABLE LLC. If you see a Capable-related charge you don’t recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our Service changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
