This Cookie Policy explains how BeCapable LLC (“BeCapable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at becapable.co and in the Capable application at becapable.app (together, the “Services”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
“Cookies” are small files stored on your device. We also use “similar technologies” — principally your browser’s local storage and session storage. In practice, the Services rely almost entirely on local and session storage rather than traditional cookies. We set no advertising or marketing cookies, we do not sell your data, and we do not use these technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The marketing site (becapable.co)
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only data it stores is your consent preference — recorded by our consent manager so we can remember your choice and show you the preference center.
The Capable app (becapable.app)
When you use the Capable app, the following technologies may be used. They are stored in your browser’s local or session storage, not as third-party tracking cookies:

How we ask for your consent
How we ask for your consent to non-essential technologies — principally product analytics — depends on where you are:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Non-essential technologies are blocked until you opt in. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary runs until you give consent through our consent banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
- Everywhere else. These technologies run by default on an opt-out basis. You can turn them off at any time using the controls below.
Strictly necessary technologies — such as those that keep you securely signed in — are always active, in every region, because the Services cannot function without them.
Your choices
- Consent preferences. Open the Consent Preferences link in our footer at any time to grant, change, or withdraw consent. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland this is where you opt in; everywhere else it is where you opt out.
- Analytics opt-out by email. You can also email us at privacy@becapable.co and we will action your request, or clear your browser storage to reset the anonymous identifier.
- Browser and device controls. You can clear or block local and session storage, and delete cookies, through your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and removes any stored analytics identifier.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Services change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
